Dr. David W. Powers is a Speaker, Author, and Entrepreneur who focuses taking people to "The Next Level", whether from a traumatic event or just the trap of everyday life. He maintains an office in coastal South Carolina and frequently travels for lectures, consultations, and as onsite assistance at disaster areas. He has authored eight books and over 300 articles in national consumer magazines and peer-reviewed medical journals. He conducts frequent workshops, lectures, and presentations, the most popular one being "Top Ten Reasons to Fail." Dr. Powers is a veteran of the Marine Corps, Army, and U.S. Department of Homeland Security with over 15 years experience in Emergency Medical Services. He currently owns and operates two successful businesses. He lives in Surfside Beach, SC with his wife and two sons.
