David L. Windsor has been involved
in emergency services for over 30 years. He has
served as a volunteer firefighter, an EMT, and
a law enforcement officer. He has been certified
as an Indiana EMT for over 27 years. He has served
the State of Indiana as a Conservation Officer
since 1983. He served two terms as president of
an international training organization and served
on their board of directors from 1998 to 2008.
He is a graduate of the 191st Session of the FBI
National Academy and he is board certified in
stress management. |
