Workshops, Presentations
and Seminar Topics
FrontlineFitness®
This all day seminar is one of our most popular revitalizing
programs. In this fun and interactive program, participants
will have the opportunity to review their personal lifestyle,
health, and fitness choices. Individuals evaluate their
current strategies and learn how to optimize their health
and well-being for long-term benefits. The seminar can
include CHAIR MASSAGE and AROMATHERAPY. CCM can customize
the rontlineFitness® seminar to your organization's
unique needs. Attendees will have an exciting, fun,
life-enhancing educational experience.
Changing Worlds with Words
This one-day (or two-day in depth) training identifies
key elements to consider when communicating life altering
news. How, where and the words chosen are critical essentials
to a healthy grieving process. Most businesses have
not planned for "what to do" when an employee
dies or is killed. Being the one responsible for delivering
such news can lead to stress and anxiety while being
prepared reduces these reactions. Included is a discussion
of in-house policy and procedures for such events.
"Reducing the Impact of Critical Incidents:
What Every HR Professional Needs to know"
This presentation will focus on the different challenges
faced by HR directors and managers when sudden and unexpected
tragic events occur in the workplace. Learn what to
do first and how to assess the impact on employees.
What is your current short and long term plan for "Human
Continuity"? What can you do to prepare the workforce
to deal with traumatic events and disasters? What is
the corporate strategy for increasing psychological
and physical endurance? What can the organization do
to minimize traumatic stress?
Leadership Communication Skills
Effective leadership begins with good communication.
This program presents effective communication techniques
that enhance information exchanges between people. Too
often, the message sent is not the same message received.
This interactive program uses a combination of real-life
scenarios and tabletop exercises designed to examine
responses and practice new approaches. Effective words,
techniques and body language can tighten the focus and
improve the clarity of the intended message resulting
in increased productivity.
Stress Management: Live Happier, Healthier,
Longer
This course increases understanding of the Human Stress
Response and teaches participants how to manage stress
levels in both themselves and others. This course facilitates
the information exchange necessary to offer prompt and
effective services to affected employees and family
members. The program identifies how past experiences
influence current situations and why people react differently
(Fight, Flight or Freeze) under stress. Practical exercises
and discussion demonstrate how to self-regulate one's
own reactions which, in turn, calms others. This important
seminar is a necessity for anyone who works, lives and
interacts with others!
Psycho-Geometrics
This one day program provides participants with insights
and techniques that allow one to change communication
styles to "instantly" relate well with others.
This training is ideal for improving communications
with those "Difficult People" in your life:
supervisors, co-workers, customers, children and spouses.
