THE PREMIER SPEAKERS BUREAU
NATIONAL CENTER FOR CRISIS MANAGEMENT

  • As a Member of the Premier Speakers Bureau of the National Center for Crisis Management (NCCM), you can establish any fee for your presentations and NCCM will not expect any portion thereof.
  • As a Member of the Premier Speakers Bureau of NCCM, you are encouraged to purchase one or more of the following National Center publications:
Publications should be selected that are most relevant to your presentation. It is the aim of NCCM to have each attendee become familar with the Acute Traumatic Stress Management model delineated in these publications. The mission of NCCM is to enable attendees to look beyond the physical and safety needs of people and also address emergent psychological needs. All publications will be offered to you at a 30% discount and you may sell the publication at the cover price.
  • NCCM will supply a certificate of participation for each of your attendees. Additionally, NCCM will welcome each of your attendees as a Member of the National Center with a complimentary one year membership. You will be expected to provide each attendee with an NCCM membership application and forward them together to the NCCM administrative offices.
  • The certificate of participation will include the attendee's name, your name, your organization, the name of the presentation, date of presentation and number of contact hours. Attendees will receive the certificate within two weeks of receiving the requisite documentation at the NCCM offices.
  • As a Member of the Premier Speakers Bureau of NCCM, you agree to make attendees aware of the certifications offered by NCCM in the area most relevant to your presentation.
  • You agree to abide by the NCCM Code of Ethical and Professional Standards (click here to view this code) and the ethical standards that govern your profession.
  • You agree to distribute NCCM promotional literature to your attendees.
  • You agree to hold harmless NCCM, its officers, consultants and employees for any misrepresentation of your credentials and for any malpractice on your part either willful or through negligent conduct, recklessness, and gross misconduct and for all claims, loss, damage, judgment or expense.
  • There is no fee to become a Member of the NCCM Premier Speakers Bureau. However, you must be a Member of NCCM in good standing and hold a certification from NCCM. The latter will ensure that you have the requisite knowledge, experience and education to represent yourself as a Member of the NCCM Premier Speakers Bureau.
